Everyone is very familiar with the Staples red “EASY” button. I use that button sometimes in my classes to make a point or two.
Now take that button and rename it to “FOCUS”
What would your shop look like if you could press a FOCUS button? Everyone within the shop presses it every morning when they come in, at the end of their breaks, end of their lunch time and at the end of the day.
Would you see opportunities to grow revenue? Would you see opportunities to grow your client base? What would your daily goals and objectives look like now? What kind of client information would you be capturing and tracking? Would you be able to clarify your timelines more accurately? What would your reporting results look like?
Imagine using a FOCUS button brings home full utilization of your capabilities each and every day.
Perhaps we should make a nice big laminated “FOCUS” sign in the shop and everyone has to “high 5” it as they walk by it.
The word “FOCUS” can create an incredible amount of conversation within the shop. Perhaps it is worth some consideration……….just perhaps.
