Information You Provide about your business and clients of your business. You may also ask us to import your client contacts and vehicle information.

We store the client information you upload, download, or access with the Vehicle Integrity Manger.

Cookies. We also use cookies to provide to allow the server to remember who you are when you are logged into Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Centre. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. We may use persistent cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future access to AAEC. We may use session ID cookies to enable certain features of the AAEC. Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to cancel your account your account must be up to date and in good standing. All business information you wish to keep must be copied or deleted by you prior to cancelling your account. AAEC retains the right to cancel accounts that are not in good standing for a period of more than 15 days.


The security of your information is important to us. When you enter your business or client information in our system, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
