Consider the complexity of your business in every corner of your shop. Now think what is really required today to take that complexity and turn it into a well-paying and profitable business.

I believe it requires building a “TAP”:

T – stands for TEAM. Everyone has each other’s back because they believe in the business and in the culture that the business operates in that it executes on behalf of their clientele.

A – stands for ACCOUNTABILITY. Everyone in the shop is totally accountable for their position each and every day and when accountability is in check, Professionalism soars and the clientele recognizes it right away.

P- stands for PERSEVERENCE. Improving a business is not an easy task as it takes time and a lot of self-discipline but the most successful business operations tough it out and see things through because they did the math and knew it was the right journey to take. There is no silver bullet and it is not a quick trip.

Are you directing and guiding your business in the right direction to build your TAP?
